tickets have been reserved!

                           Here are the final details:

When: Saturday February 25th, 2012. The bus leaves at 6
AM sharp.
(Remember it is a nearly 4 hour drive to Hampton,
so leaving at 6 AM gets us there at 10AM, when the show
opens).

Road in Chapel Hill. Please park in the side lot, to the left of the
ABC store as you face it.
Do not park in front of the
businesses
.

Return Time: We will leave from Hampton for home at 5 PM
sharp
; that will get us home at about 9 PM.

Additional information:

All your costs for your trip are covered. This includes: the bus
ride to and from Hampton, your admission to the show and the
tip for the bus driver. (Note: this year there will not be any
“money back”, so you will need to either pack a lunch or plan to
buy it at the show. There is a quilter's buffet, at the show which
last year cost $10).

There will be water and snacks available on the bus, but feel free
to bring any homemade goodies as well to add to our trip's
enjoyment.

We will have fun door prize drawings along the way to Hampton.
On the way home we will be showing a quilt movie.

The only stops along the way will be at the McDonald's
restaurant outside on Emporia VA, mainly for “potty breaks”.
Remember the bus is equipped with a bathroom on board.
